Working in financial aid isn’t for the faint of heart. From the FAFSA fiasco and staffing challenges to the need to manage ever-changing regulations, your job demands a lot. For some of you, financial aid is a calling. For others, financial aid found you. But there are common threads that tie everyone who works in financial aid together: your commitment to the students, your unwavering dedication to excellence, and your determination to help every student gain access to the support they need to pursue an education that makes you succeed. And that’s something to celebrate.
