    SAIG Enrollment Webinar Trainings on FSA Partner Connect

    FSA is set to launch significant enhancements to FSA Partner Connect in July 2025, transitioning it into the primary platform for enrollment and user management. This update includes the integration of SAIG enrollment functionality, leading to the retirement of the existing SAIG Enrollment website. To facilitate this transition, FSA is offering a series of live, instructor-led webinars in June and July 2025. These sessions aim to familiarize users with the new features and ensure a smooth migration to the updated system.

    Each webinar is hosted via Microsoft Live Events and can accommodate up to 10,000 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. No prior registration is required. Ensure Microsoft Teams is installed on your device to participate.

    Account Access Management Center Overview

    • Date/Time: Monday, June 30, 2025, 1:00–2:30 p.m. ET
    • Overview: Discover the enhanced Account Access Management Center (AAMC), your new hub for creating user accounts, managing access permissions, and performing administrative tasks more efficiently within your organization. This webinar is intended for individuals who currently serve as an SAIG Primary Destination Point Administrator or those with similar administrative responsibilities at an institution.

    Enrollment and Management for Systems and Services

    • Date/Time: Wednesday, July 2, 2025, 1:00–2:30 p.m. ET
    • Overview: With the retirement of the SAIG Enrollment website, learn how to navigate the new process for enrolling for SAIG mailboxes and managing access to FSA systems and services through FSA Partner Connect. This webinar is intended for individuals who currently serve as an SAIG Primary Destination Point Administrator or those with similar administrative responsibilities at an institution.

    My Account and Access Management

    • Date/Time: Wednesday, July 9, 2025, 1:00–2:00 p.m. ET
    • Overview: The My Account feature on FSA Partner Connect centralizes access to crucial account information and allows for easy customization of your experience. This webinar provides a refresher for existing features in FSA Partner Connect, along with important updates and new functionality to streamline workflows. This webinar is intended for all FSA Partner Connect and SAIG users.
