Starbucks’s Winter 2026 Menu Includes Pistachio, Protein, & Dubai Chocolate

    Share

Well, my friends, we made it. All the presents have been given out, the new year has begun in earnest, and it seems like everyone is locked in and focused on leveling up in 2026. But if you’re still stuck in December and missing the warm glow of the holiday season, this time of year can make it easy for the winter blues to set in. Thankfully, Starbucks is here to bring some post-holiday cheer to fans with its winter 2026 menu additions.

Revealed on Jan. 6, Starbucks’s new winter 2026 menu items are serving as apt replacements for the fan-favorite holiday menu items that are now on their way out. (I’ll miss you dearly, Chestnut Praline Latte!) For starters, the new menu is introducing a handful of brand-new and returning drinks that feature some of the top food and beverage trends that have been going viral lately. The new food lineup is also giving trendy, with a gourmet-sounding new egg bite offering, a celeb snack brand, and more.

Here’s a breakdown of all the new food and drink items hitting Starbucks stores on Jan. 6 to help keep you in good spirits all winter long.

    Caramel Protein

Starbucks went all in on protein in 2025, and it looks like there are no signs of slowing down in 2026. For starters, the coffee chain is introducing two new caramel protein drinks to its permanent menu: the Caramel Protein Latte and Caramel Protein Matcha, both using protein-boosted milk in their recipes. Each drink can be ordered hot or iced, with either classic caramel syrup or the brand’s new sugar-free caramel syrup.

    Dubai Chocolate

One of the biggest food trends in recent history, Dubai chocolate is coming to Starbucks! Part of the limited-time winter menu, Starbucks is debuting two new drinks: the Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha and the Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha.

    Pistachio

Pistachio lovers, rejoice! The fan-favorite flavor is joining the permanent menu, and Starbucks is commemorating this exciting occasion with some special winter menu drinks: the Pistachio Cortado, Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, Pistachio Latte (available both hot and iced), and the Pistachio Frappuccino (as well as the coffee-free Pistachio Crème Frappuccino).

Truffle, Mushroom & Brie Egg Bites

The latest in the egg bite lineup is made with black truffles, creamy brie, and mushrooms, all cooked sous-vide to give it that signature smooth texture. It’s giving luxury!

    Valentine Cake Pop

She’s back! The heart-themed sweet treat is here just in time to kick off V-Day celebrations.

    Khloud Protein Popcorn

That’s right, Khloé Kardashian’s snack brand is going to be available in Starbucks stores. You can now pick up individual bags of the Khloud Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn Protein Popcorn at your local Starbies.

    Ellenos Greek Yogurt

Also coming to the ready-to-eat section are two yogurt offerings from the Ellenos brand: No Added Sugar Muesli and Strawberry Shortcake. Yum!
